Vinum Wine
For a Song Syrah
Just a ridiculous value. Sandstone, fire pit, dark berry ooze, bloody, aged meat. Concentrated in the mouth, with clingy, soft, savory flavors. Great with braised lamb shanks.

Jan 20th, 2020A great value. Bloody, ashy, dark berry fruit. A good initial wallop and then a long finish. For under $10, this is ridiculous.

Mar 17th, 2019Ripe red plum meat begin the journey of this wine, through the nostrils, lending a great hand with the dark fruit laden heavy bodied wine, with oil brined black olive, and prairie grown herbs.
This year must have been spot on, because this is great juice, with lingering tones of eucalyptus like staves.

Cherry and plum with a hint of licorice. Evaporative alcohol on the lips. Pairs well with tortellini especial. Love the music note on the cork!

Dark garnet, a beautiful color, just not one to be spilt.
Nose of plum, fresh fig.
First the light vanilla dissipates into several levels of dense stem and thorn berry, licorice, fruit leather, lip smacking acids.
Thanks to #gargiste I get to try more of these great Washington wines on the east coast. Worth the wait.
Can u dig it?

Stout acidity, fine-grained tannins, and pushes out a firm attack and mid-palate. Up front, this is dense and loaded with fruit. The finish falls a little short, but can’t expect everything with 100% Syrah. Tons of dark plums, boysenberries, cracked black pepper, smoked lebanon bologna, violets, cloves, vanilla and chocolate. More olive brine characteristics as it sees air. Good QPR.
