Left this in The freezer last night for an hour and a half and fell asleep. Today it actually tastes quite good. Underripe tropical fruit, Lemon, baby bit of flowers on the nose, medium plus acid, and a little bit of minerality. Maybe a tiny bit overripe tasting. Not bad at all.
