Tasty. Natural as can be. Smells like Cherry Lambic Beer, and has a little tannin that lingers on the top of your mouth.

Vibrant purple. Extremely primary nose, not quite tank sample but all plump baby fruit right now. A bit of unresolved CO2. Delicious enough now, even if not very complex or with a long life ahead of it.

easy going organic wine, developed over two days (but not too complex, though).
my first olfactory thought was "natural amarone" - ripe plum, spices...
really astonishing: the wine has a 12.5 % alcohol look and feel despite the labelled 14.5. santé.
