Slightly sparkling; light straw color; hints of something floral on the nose; medium acidity; tastes like honey, and yellow apples with a long finish. Very sweet, but balanced by the acidty. Nellie and Bri like it.

White wine. Smells very floral. Tastes and smells like old lady perfume—but I like it a lot. I would consider it a dessert wine but it’s not technically.
