Delicious! Had it with herbed goat cheese toasts drizzled with marinated sundried tomatoes in olive oil. Perfect pairing. I really enjoyed it. It’s funky and earthy but not too much. Slightly effervescent. Definitely not your typical Sauv Blanc.
