The Essentials Aida Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Now that's a huge Cali Cab, perfect with a grilled ribeye

Super dark jam on the nose. Initial ripe red fruit on the front with an oak and mild tar. Dry in the mouth then an explosion of fruit. Awesome bottle!!

This is just out of control amazing Napa Cab. A real treat.

PnP. Dark red color with subtle brownish rims. Awesome nose with dust and minerality. Dark fruit on the palate with some cedar and earth. Medium depth and medium minus finish.

2018 vintage. Spicier than the straight, equally-priced, estate juice. Equally beautiful tho. Light-medium body. 10.18.23.

Magnum. Rustic cherry fruit and tannins. Not much depth and too thin for me. Not bad but not my style.

2012 vintage.

So smooth and lovely.

Blown away! Worth every penny! Refined with dark cherries and goodness :). Expensive and getting more expensive, but worth it!
