Luv the taste with its licorice cherry fruit hitting the pallet bringing out flavors of meat and smoke with a glycerine coating and a long dry finish of dark chocolate, cedar and minerals. 1/2 hour decant (decent chunky sediment). An impressive still dark ruby red color with some good bricking. On the nose: big expressive nose with dark cherry, smoked meat, minty almond milk, pencil shavings, and mushrooms. Taste: a creamy smooth medium plus body wine that coats the mouth with velvety tannins and a touch of dried blackberry, glycerin, smoke, cassis, and a minerally dark chocolate dry medium plus finish. On the downside, so drink em if you got em!! gonna enjoy this on this Saturday night!
