A juicy fruit forward Cab Franc from the Niagara peninsula with plenty to say. Wild strawberries, raspberry jam and cassis notes, we’ll structured tannins and plenty of length on the finish prompted us to pair with grilled lamb chops over open fire in a Dijon rub with wild mushrooms. I wish there was an emoji for lip-smacking goodness.
