Wild strawberries, raspberry jam and cassis notes, we’ll structured tannins and plenty of length on the finish prompted us to pair with grilled lamb chops over open fire in a Dijon rub with wild mushrooms. Fantastic experience at the winery with the winemaker, then buying this bottle blind... This one had a nose of dried blueberry... Red fruit takes over on the palate... Cherry, raspberry...
