Pale cloudy ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, cranberry, subtle red apple, yellow peach, mushroom, earth; dry, high acid, low tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, screaming high acid, but well balanced with elegant flavors

Such a weird finish and a little too challenging for my palate. I didn’t like it, but I appreciated it.

Fermented in cow skin and tastes of it. Musky, bizarre, and very drinkable.

Rustico chilean pinot. Definitely shows the story of its production: fermentation in cow skin. Interesting, but let’s just say I won’t be gripping more for the cellar.
