Been waiting va while to taste this wine from Pisco grounds. Helluva terrain up there. Lean, structured, minerals and I'm glad I have two more bottles

Syrah dominant, a helluva barnyard nose!
Heavier bodied, with bits of blueberry and apple skins, some sweet grass, tobacco, aged perfectly, (I got lucky), with the tannins complementing the star fruit acidity.
50% Syrah, 14% Petite Syrah, 26% Garnacha, 10% Petit Verdot.
100% Yum.
This is the first red wine I have had from this area, usually known for Pisco production.
