You can smell the yeast/baking bread from the moment you pop the cork. Not a producer I’m at all familiar with. A strong but pleasant vanilla/marzipan/nutty finish. Perfect for early evening al fresco meal of grilled gingery shrimp & shishitos.

Yellow look. A bit brown taste maybe a wee bit bubblegum. A few but furious bubbles. Standard on the tasty side, no frills.
