Light gold color, youthful appearance in the glass. Great CC nose with notes of citrus, ginger, reddish clay, wet stones and tan spice. Fruit still very present, matched against some fine-grained acidity. Awesome mouth feel. I know some of these can go south sooner rather than later, but this was right in the zone - youthful with plenty of energy. Great showing tonight.

Aug 8th, 2022Medium gold. Heavy in the glass. Citrus nose with some leesy notes. White clay and stones. Pineapple and a little ginger. Really big in the mouth. Fruit backed by lots of acidity and structure. Medium intensity in the finish. I think bottles like this are ready for consumption but can easily last for many more years.
