Hedy’s main entree, Duck Confit - bread pudding made with brioche, dried cherries, kale, nutmeg, and mushroom puree.
I brought three Burgundies with me. This was stellar with a dark seasoned Duck Confit. You can’t go wrong with Pommard and Duck Confit.

Ruby color, pink rim leather earth, fresh Violet's and red cherries.. The palate has plenty of acid but lacking a bit of structure and tannin that I crave with #pommard

Blackberries, black cherries, black raspberries, strawberry cola dark wet earth, mid dry minerals, good chalk, nice acidity and a decent finish. Good wine and value in Burgundy.

Nice. Stemmy and red fruited with a decent dollop of tannin. Wood stuck out for me a bit much, but probably not as much of an issue for those less oak averse than I.
