Fresh and mineral Chardonnay. Very elegant. Typical burgundy: tropical fruits, peach, citrus, blossom, white flowers, limestone, high acidity, long finish.

My last Burgundy was after a comedy show, this Burgundy is before a comedy show. This wine is filled with citrus and tropical fruits including my favorite Star Fruit! An almond finish is getting us ready for nuttiness of Cheech and Chong.
