Near medium gold color, heavy in the glass. Tight nose that expands slowly with air. Notes of citrus, sea shells, wet river stones, saline and a tiny bit of honey. Rich but still with a strong core of acidity in the mouth. Was at its best in hour 3. Great tonight but it can get better with some more age.

Jan 20th, 2019Yellow gold color, heavy weight in the glass. Great classic nose of aged Chablis with honeyed scents plus river stones, orange peel and lemon. Expansive in the mouth with very long, tasty finish. This is in a great drinking zone.
