Nice chablis but certainly more powerful than many. Finish goes on and on. Real texture. Would want to try again in a couple years.

Pale gold, seashell, flint, white peach, apple, lush and full, extremely long finish. Best village Chablis I’ve ever had.

In short, this wine is not yet ready, but it’s going to be awesome. Left it open overnight and enjoyed the result significantly more on day 2.
