A blend of 80% Pinot Noir & 20% Chardonnay, aged 5 years on lees and 7% in oak barrels, biodynamic made wine. With long lees aging the aromas are complex with fruit, biscuit and mineral notes, fine bubbles and rich mousse. On the palate flavors of ripe fruits, apple and pear, with lemon zest, brioche notes and mineral notes, nice and crisp. Long finish ending with mineral yeasty tang. Outstanding!

Lovely. Great balance of rich, toasty fruit and acidity. Slight brioche and roasted nut. I couldn't ask for much more in a $45 bottle of Champagne.

Fait de 84% de Pinot Noir et cela se reflète dans le verre, un beau Champagne avec une belle vinosité sans excès, des notes de poires, un peu de crème pâtissière, bulles moyennement fines, c’est crémeux et de bonne longueur, pour le prix très bien. 90-91
