Blech Apple cider hot garbage. Hopefully a bad bottle and not representative of the wine.

Baked apples and honey for days. Clocks in 20 g/L RS, but the acid on that finish won't tell you so.

Old school. 20grams residual but it just comes across as unctuous and juicy fruit in the mid palate. Finishes clean and rocky. Good acid. Sick, flinty nose

White chocolate & red apple touch of burnt match (not the sulphur) plate has richer apple fruit and teeth rattling acidity.

Medium full body, golden color. Lots of green apple, some unripe lemon peel on nose, with a slight bit of rot and crushed mineral. Thick sweetness immediately fades into lemon and moderate plus acid. Moderate plus alcohol. Overall a nice white that's best enjoyed on its own (and certainly not paired with Asian as I did).
