Love this producer’s petite sirahs. Didn’t know they made this wine. Viscous. Baked mixed berry pie, cherry liqueur, nutmeg, milk chocolate covered black cherries and a mix of red and black licorice.

This is the 2004. Massive sweet black fruit, toffee, americano coffee, and a bit of milk chocolate on the nose. Palate is rich with balanced tannins, fruit, baking spice, and wet earth. Finish is very long. Excellent wine with a hot curried meat dish.
