Unexpectedly light and bright, but still holds up to some stinky cheeses (more or less... Roquefort is a crusher). Aromatic herbs (eucalyptus?) on the nose, but subtle earth, wood (but not oak), and vanilla to compliment modest fruit on the palate. More leather and wood as it oxidizes. Need another bottle... for statistical reasons.
