Very smooth and mellow. Cherry, coffee and earth lead. The 15 or so years of age played very well.

Lighter than most Tempranillo, I enjoyed the balance of acid, tannin, and fruit. Tart cherries, dark musty wood, didn’t pair great with the amazing mango pork (not enough fruit) or tartare (not enough body/tannins). Enjoyable if a bit flat...

Was served and felt like it came straight out of the fridge. Server said they kept their wine coolers at 50 because the wine lasts longer. Um, no. 40 min later when this warmed up it was solid. Cherry, spice box with a nice smoky finish.

Color of inky, hazy, dark ruby with purple tone on the rim. Definitely unfiltered. Nose of dark fruits, herbs, leather, and graphite. Taste of sweet black cherries, strawberry jam, herby, silky, mouthful, low in tannins, and a bit grassy. Aftertaste of sugarplum, medium long, herbs, and a bit graphite note. Allow the wine to sit for 30 months minutes before enjoying it. Properly done with decent price.
