Très très bon, bien balancé, poire, fleurs blanche, pas de goût boisé, assez sec. Idéal pour plat de fruits de mer ou pâte au poulet ou alfredo.

Honeydew melon, gardenias, creme fraiche. Mild acidity, oily/slightly creamy texture, floral finish. Fairly neutral wine, mild aromatics.
