Lime , cut grass nice acidity lighter body

Crisp

Fresh and aromatic, but less pungent than New Zealand styles

Crisp. Minerals. Pear notes.

Flinty minerals on the nose, medium body and a good amount of acid hit the palate, a tart citrus that lingers with some mouth coating minerals. Had the tart acid of a cool climate Sauv Blanc but a different minerality compared to Loire Valley. Paired amazingly with jerk chicken and Caribbean rice and mango salsa #gotm2020

Green pepper nose. Tangy palate that leans acidic. Not my favorite style.

Wow. Different type of Chardonnay
