Crisp

Fresh and aromatic, but less pungent than New Zealand styles

Crisp. Minerals. Pear notes.

Flinty minerals on the nose, medium body and a good amount of acid hit the palate, a tart citrus that lingers with some mouth coating minerals. Had the tart acid of a cool climate Sauv Blanc but a different minerality compared to Loire Valley. Paired amazingly with jerk chicken and Caribbean rice and mango salsa #gotm2020

Green pepper nose. Tangy palate that leans acidic. Not my favorite style.

Wow. Different type of Chardonnay

An amazing sauvignon blanc

Fresh peppery aroma- distinctive green chile flavor.

Flat finish.

I don't love this. It has some good notes, but a pungent finish.

.... after reading other reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one who described it as a bit pungent.
