May 7th, 2014Flinty minerals on the nose, medium body and a good amount of acid hit the palate, a tart citrus that lingers with some mouth coating minerals. Had the tart acid of a cool climate Sauv Blanc but a different minerality compared to Loire Valley. Paired amazingly with jerk chicken and Caribbean rice and mango salsa #gotm2020
