Drinking this too cold is a minor misdemeanor - let it get closer to room temperature in the glass after airing out a bit and it presents lemon, hints of kaffir lime, jasmine. Medium texture on the palate with the distinctive varietal saline note up front, lemon and green herbal traces on the finish. Delicious!
