Nobody thinks about how well Argentina does Cab Sauv. Love this wine.

Cabernet done better in SA is hard to find, PH brings it with black cherry, spice and silky-ripe tannic driven prowess. The Cabernet from what I notice plays second fiddle to the Malbec with tasters, but in many vintages the Cab shows more consistently.

Crushed it. This Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon would stand up against any $100+ Napa Cab. Simply awesome.

Enjoying this Mendoza cab by trashcan bonfire at a pop-up dinner in a Las Vegas junkyard. May I just say I love this town?!

Plum, cassis, licorice, spice with huge palate presence, a tad hot, bit silky, refined sweet tannins. Perfect with steak.
