My dad gave me this bottle of wine so I popped it open yesterday to go with some homemade Dan Dan noodles. I think the mineralality really help up to the spiciness of the dish.

Delicious - smooth, flavorful with noted of butterscotch and apricot. Great as a stand alone wine, but would be fantastic with pork chops or a white fish.
