Intoxicating smell of fruit, perhaps melon or honeydew. Initially, we made the wine too cold but the fragrance and taste really opened up as we let it warm up. Taste is of lemon mixed with lime and a bit creamy taste. Full-bodied flavor and delicious. Reminds me of an Aligote.
