Dry and fruity on the palate, with blackberries, blueberries, plums, vegetables, wood, vanilla, licorice, bitter almonds, earth, spices and peppercorn.
Long finish with elegant tannins and black pepper.
This Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon is enjoyable and balanced.
Very nice by itself, as a sipping wine, or with food. It is earty with a nice mouthfeel. However, not big and bold, and not one that would benefit from aging.
Aged for 8 months in Oak barrels.
