Fresh and delicate. Age is there but all is present, bright, light and correct. A steeliness too. with dried strawberry and good length. Very pretty

Very bright and fresh. Disgorged 2015. Bright strawberry fruit with good poise. Open and young.

90% Pinot Noir, the rest Chardonnay so this drinks like a Burgundy with bubbles. One of the more interesting Rose Champagnes out there as it is very vinous in character.
The color is a deep pink with a copper tint. The nose is mineral laced red berries, orange citrus and a hint of savory and herbal notes . The palate is deeply textured with a thicker presence from the bubbles and what feels and tastes like a high dosage for a Brut. On the palate I get strawberry, raspberry and crushed rocks, with a hint of stem from maybe the Pinot having some stem or whole cluster? An interesting interplay is the sea salt tang and barely there sweetness from the dosage. Aged in oak for 10 months in used large oak casks, then 24 months in bottle before disgorgement. Would love to know grams dosage and disgorgement date but it is lacking on the back of this bottle.

Acid seemed to be more in play. I was prefer the edge and zip this carried across the palate than previous experience which emphasized a more vinous quality to it. Lovely transition.

Just a spectacular rose champagne. Elegant and pretty with crystalline acidity.

The NV Brut Rosé Cuvée Rubis is soft, open-knit and also light on its feet, all qualities that make it a fabulous choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Disgorged: October 2015. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous)

Rich, round, complex, with great textural breadth. A lot going on and too easy to drink. Red berries, lime zest, brioche, hazelnut, chalk, flowers, cherries. Certainly one of the best rosés I've had from Champagne. 90% PN 10% CH 10/2015 disgorgement
