Mike Wolf's anatomical commentary to Jeff Long not withstanding, this is a terrific example of a classic Pinot Grigio from the Friuli region in northeast Italy. Terrific acidity on the palate, balanced by great flavors and an expansive evolution, this is a benchmark for what Pinot Grigio is supposed to be. Awesome!
