Private Bin Organic Sauvignon Blanc

On the nose, elder flower, apricot, perfume, capers and pine needles. On the palate, lemon juice, mineral, high acidity, black and white currant. Amazing and long aftertaste

Good enough for another bottle.

Inexpensive, respectable Sauvignon Blanc with traditional Marlbrough flavors.

This is definitely one of Zynsy-wynsy and my favorite wines so far. Has a subtle sweetness that adds to what we like most about other SBs like Wairau and Southern Right. Only reason this doesn’t get higher than a 9.5 is that there are still so many to try and I’m sure there’s room to grow.

While its name doesn’t sound like an SB from NZ, it sure tastes like one. Pronounced passion fruit, a little green apple, and more lime than other Sauv Blancs. Refreshing and great value at TJs.

ニュージーランドといえばソーヴィニヨンブランですがこれは格安品。うきうき税込1650円。微発泡で品種由来の良い酸が際立っていてよろしい。

Sweet but aromatic. Pairs well with stronger/nuttier less creamy cheeses

Juicy, citrusy nose; passion fruit, grapefruit and fruity candy on the front plate, a bit of citrus rind/pith bitterness on the back. Nice but could use some herbal notes.

Ripe pear, smooth and slightly sweet. Tart finish.

Typical sauvignon. Nettle hints with nuce acid taste
