Dark brooding red color. Smells like red-black fruits (plums and cherries mostly) & rocks. Maybe hint of fermenting fruits as well. Flavors are smooth and easy going. Slight grip of tannin on the finish. Tart, juicy and grape-y. Has elderberries and herbal tincture stuff too. It’s a nice agreeable vino de tavola.
