So incredibly rich and complex, this is one of the best whites I have had in a while. Jasmine, orange blossom, lemon pith, tangerine, sawdust, white pepper, and a blue cheese thing on the nose. Heavy bodied and oily in the mouth with piercing acidity and a saline finish.

May 30th, 2019good one! a really curious flavor profile. lemon rind some stone some straw some pear a dash of salt or ocean water. some other stuff going on. cant totally put my finger on all the flavors here but definitely a varietal mix i haven’t tried much before.

aromas are pleasantly herbal: dried sage, stone, a little seaweed/salinity, white flowers.... the palate has lots of plump, oily minerality, and a little hazelnut with a nice stony citrus finish. calls for fish.
