This is a nice, really intensely aromatic sauv blanc. Plenty of green herbs, green apple and tart under-ripened fruit. Some lime too, making it quite tart. Very dry. Lots of acid. Short finish.

This delicious SB held up nicely when paired with chicken & pancetta-artichoke sauce. It has restrained citrus flavors and a smooth finish.

Aromas of honeydew melon and whipped cream. Bright and acidic on the palette, decently long finish. Delicious and mouthwatering. A perfect accompaniment to pesto roasted rockfish. Will definitely buy again.

Lemon and tangerine and minerals and... Lime? This is nice, though it may be astringent for some palates. I like it with my spicy Thai rice dish. Good price.

A very casual Sauvignon Blanc from the very upper and eastern side of the Loire River in France. A more flinty and brighter acidity to its neighbor Sancerre (across the river to the west). Some Quincy notes and taste as well. The citrusy is not over the top. Easy to drink!
