This was a lovely, vivacious and fresh bottle. Floral. Blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling. Varietal character not evident and a little kombucha-like, but I like kombucha :-)

Deeply complex, but not super intense. You have to go to it, but it’s great when you do. White flowers, starfruit and other tropicals, stone fruit, musty herbs, petrol, food brew coffee, raisins (think a dry PX sherry note). The deep notes and fruit notes aren’t integrated into one another per se, but they harmonize like a duet. Really cool wine.

I live for wines like this! Amazing floral bouquet, on the palate it’s giving citrusy vibes with balanced funk! Super tasty!
