Oh hey dry Lambrusco lovers! My go-to may be the Pronto but this is...yet even dryer if you can believe. Super dry. Super acidic and waves--dangit waves I tell you of balsamic vinegar in this but zero sweetness. Less than zero. Imagine if dried berries (all types)and some other fruit (pears and perhaps cherries) macerated in vinegar. That's what you got. Medium alcohol (12%) and medium plus finish. It was good. Maybe not as good as Pronto but I need to compare the two

Funky, earthy, deep red fruit and tiny bubbles. Salumi's best friend.

Very earthy. Slow drinker. Chill well

Such a fantastic surprise. This lambrusco is dry and high in alcohol (for a bubbly). Beautifully smooth with dark berry and violet notes.

Went so well with a variety of (fabulously eggy and bread focused) brunch items. Traditional cork surprised us...
