Ambrosia Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva Classico Verdicchio

Had this with grilled shrimp and fish and it really hit. Acidity, minerality, that terrific slightly bitter almond at the finish. Made for fish.

Nice clean white with some floral and fruit combined.
