Very pretty nose has sultry, dark ripe cherry, minerally gravel, dark florals. Soft and low-toned in the mouth, with dark fruit and intensely mineral savory elements. Some soft tannin, but doesn’t detract from the fleshy, flowing texture. Acids are a tad on the low side, so I’d drink and enjoy this over the next few years. Yummy.

Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruit and spice, aged for 12-months in oak. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry fruit with tobacco, cinnamon and floral notes. Firm tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, pepper spice and earthy notes. Starting to drink well now! Enjoy with bolognese sauce over pasta.

All the dark fruit. Cinnamon. Mild tannins. Definitely needs to open a bit, but really nice.
