Opened it a month ago and decanted it, decided it was super tight, not ready, poured it back in the bottle, replaced the cork and put it back in the cellar to let it develop some more, had it tonight with burgers, fantastic. Beautiful fruit, still plenty of refreshing grip. Plan on doing that trick again. #itsonlygrapejuice
