07’ Vice Versa Cabernet. Pop & pour. Polished & approachable. Black fruits, splash of spice, light acidity. Long finish(complexity on the finish 😕)Hard to pull away from a wine like this though. Medium+!bodied. Drink them up soon.

I'm a huge fan of Patrice Breton's winery Vice Versa. Paul Hobbs always creates a well balance wine. Needs a few hours to open but after that it's smooth sailing!
