Good starting Riesling with lots of mineralogy more on a sour side

A one of a kind wine. Vintage conditions in 2016 didn’t allow bottlings from the Bruck & Buschenberg vineyards, so this cuvée 2B was made from 50% of each. All I can say is that this is absolutely stellar. The nose is layered and complex with flowers and ripe apricot notes. The palate is more apricot and bright acid. Textures cascade with a beautiful freshness. Absolutely love this.

Slatiness explodes from the glass. Lemon pith and apricot note wonderfully intigrated in the palate. The acidity and rocky ness persists on the finish. #sommcon
