👃🏻 potencia media baja, vegetal, fruta roja poco madura, terroso 👄 buena entrada, ágil, fresco y con el tanino todavía presente, buen secante.

Capa media y densidad media, en nariz notas minerales, almizcle, monte bajo. En boca entrada fresca, paso tánico, le falta serenar un tanto, ágil y directo.

Tight and light. Slightly chalky, very mineral, this is a serious mencia!

The darker side of Menthia (sorry, Mencia). Syrah-like, broad and tannic. Brooding.

Nice Mencia wine. Vegetal and a bit smoky notes. A bit charcoal on the notes and taste of roasted red peppers.

Mild garnet color with purple accents. Funky bright nose that instantly draws you in. Rosemary up front with new leather and vanilla. Mushrooms are everywhere along with a touch of olive. Strawberries take over but in the good way.

Bierzo from Castilla y León and very Rhôneish in nature. Light bodied but with elegance and style. This wine has real personality that separates it from the pack. Lithe and lean with nice balance. Smoke and grilled meats abound on the palate. Fresh cherries, eucalyptus, and more rosemary. Fun stuff with depth.

Really enjoyed this. Imported by European Cellars. Chalky and mineral. Some fruit but pretty light.

Fun Mencia. Not super complex but tasty w juicy black fruits, hints of herbs and flowers, pepper, and lots of minerality.
