Such great quality. Still very young. Great dirt and charcoal. I tasted cardamom throughout the entire bottle. Very different from most Cali wines in a good way.

Needs another 5-10yrs. The nose is shy right now and the palate presents plum, chocolate, tobacco and cedar. Long life ahead.

This Merlot dominated blend really opened up beautifully with a couple hours of air. Spiced sugar plum nose with whiffs of burnt embers and hot tar. The palate is full of ripe black cherries and plum cut by formidable balsam wood. The palate finishes with notes of tonic bitters as well as the resounding fruits. Very well put together and complex.
