My notes are dense, deep red-black - powerful noise with tobacco, spice candy, blackberries and interesting enough I feel like maybe some honeysuckle - heavy, intense and persistent here I am in your face palette with integrated oak which creates for me a true richness for this wine - forever and even in to tomorrow finish with silky tannins - a great example of great aged cali cab sauv wine

This blend is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon dark current and cassis like fruit very rich and complex toasty oak spice dark forest floor very complex bouquet of aromas. Wow explosive cassis berry fruit thick and chewy but still quite balanced and fresh with an array of dark spices earth bitter chocolate and a long layered finish very well endowed but had wonderful balance. Finish 50+. Most excellent+

1 hour decant(decent chunky/fine sediment). A majestic garnet color. On the nose: dark plum, cassis, old leather, sandalwood, and graphite. Taste: Wow! Smooth, elegant, silky wine with black cherry, currants, tea, saline, herbaceous, and a mocha dry (some tannins still kicking) medium plus finish. YUM! A nice pre-Thanksgiving fireup. This is their cabernet based wine.

This is an incredible wine. The deep ruby color is beautiful. The chew of this vintage is amazing! A smooth full tongue explosion of a mello tobacco with a hint of chocolate, such s rush of flavor with the steak, fish and dark chocolate dessert. Yum!!
