Lighter, younger Aglianico. Smoke, pepper, spice, tobacco. But not at all tannic and good acidity. Had a sausage risotto and this lighter style really hit. Very approachable Aglianico.

This is so good. Even better with food. Fruit leather, earth, berries, bbq like flavor. Not typical of wines I’ve had in US. I’d never guess aglianico. Would buy again.
