Muted on the first night but actually sang on the 3rd night - lemon, flowers, shells, rocks - wish I had another to save another 5 years!!

Flinty mineral nots lemon drop candy the first bottle is a bit muted with nice acidity and chalky mineral notes through the finish the second bottle much better than the first. Excellent

Sometimes you find stuff in the cellar and say crap I should have opened this 10 years ago. Especially with 90's white burgs. But finally I found one that was not oxidized! It's just enough to keep you believing in the dream. Fully mature on the nose with exciting aromatics for a relatively modest Chablis. Racy acidity on the palate but it has put on weight and developed a creamy texture that made an outstanding dinner companion to a big lobster.

Textbook Chablis, not much more to say than that. Bright, pure fruit. Sandy and briny. Glowing. And relatively lean and racy for a producer with a rep for being on the heavy side.

Wonderful for 19 year old chablis but headed over the hill. This white drank well from jump street and showed they minerality and classic flavors the limestone on this area is known for. I'm pretty sure this is partially South facing slope which explains the stubble flavors of this wine. What I should note is that even in difficult vintages you really see the differences in the vineyard.

Nice wine, but quite soft, and not a ton of Chablis character. Youth fully closed?
