Burnt hazelnut, oak and vanilla.
Lacking fruit.
Drinkable, but not very likeable.

Dec 30th, 2020Bright, fresh, yet concentrated and tropical. Hazelnut, matchstick, apricot, vanilla, bitterness of oak and limezest in the back. Relatively high acidic mouthfeel for a NW chardo, which could be a good thing, but seems slightly artificial and out of place here.
Seems a tad forward and evolved.
“The Batard-Montrachet of Chile?”
Ehhhh, no.., pretty darn good, but not excellent.
