A pungent nose of dark cherries, brine, mushrooms, with subtle notes of cinnamon, white pepper, and Tiger lily. Juicy blackberries and blueberries gush on the palate, with mild candied orange rind and sweet cocoa notes on the mid-to-back tongue. Very short finish and a little green, but not bad for a bottle less $10.
