Excellent showing in a difficult vintage. Rich and dense, just how we like em. Rich black cherries and maple on the palette. Plush mouthfeel with prominent tannins. Superb, extended finish. No rush to drink this. We only had this bottle, and I wish we left it now we've tasted it.

Nice & relaxed after 10 years,
Not as fruit forward as the new vintages since 2012, great age to drink at.

Oct 6th, 2019Wasn’t sure how a 10 year old Venge would hold up, but its a pop & pour purple beauty. Just found a couple last week for $40.00 each,, the bottles were skinnier back then compared to the 10 pound bottles they use nowadays
